From Parent Volunteer to Lead Teacher

I am a Mother, Spouse, Teacher, Learner, Manager. I didn't choose Early Childhood Education, it chose me. It all started when I was a young mother seeking information about my own child's development through home visiting programs, then it shifted to me being a parent volunteer for the Head Start Program where I fell in love with the connection, growth, and children.
